CESBA is a collective European bottom-up initiative that provides knowledge on harmonised built environment assessment.
CESBA's mission is to facilitate diffusion and adoption of sustainable built environment principles through the use of harmonized assessment systems in the whole life cycle of the built environment.

GET TO KNOW THE ACTORS OF CESBA
Sprint Workshops
The regularly held CESBA Sprint Workshops offer the possibility to work for three days intensively on certain topics and establish strong relationships with other experts.
EU-Projects
CESBA has gained extensive experience in executing EU founded projects during the last ten years.
CESBA established strong partnerships with international project partners. CESBA benefits from the broad know-how of European experts in various fields of sustainability e.g. construction, circular economy and regional development.
CESBA Network
CESBA is a network of European individuals and institutions, all committed to sustainability in the built environment.
CESBA enforces people, municipalities, cities and regions in enhancing the level of sustainability in their surrounding environment.
Neighborhood Award
The CESBA Neighborhood Award delivered an overview on exemplary neighborhoods in Europe, improving the quality of liefe for inhabitants, minimising negative impacts on climate and resources as well as capitalizing results of the EU-Project CESBA MED.
