GDPR General Data Protection Regulation

1. Content of the website

The Common European Sustainable Built Environment Assessment Association (CESBA) does not take over any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided on the website

Liability claims against the CESBA association, which relate impairment of material or non-material nature, which were caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by the use of wrong and incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless there is no demonstrably intentional or gross negligence on the part of CESBA.

All offers are subject to alteration and non-binding. CESBA reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the webpages or the entire webpage without any special announcement or to temporarily or definitively cease the publication.

2. References and links

In case of direct or indirect references to external Internet pages ("links") which are not under the responsibility of CESBA, a liability obligation would only exist if CESBA has knowledge of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for CESBA to prevent the use in case of illegal content.

CESBA declares that at the time of the link setting the corresponding linked pages were free of illegal content. CESBA has no influence on the current and future design and on the contents of the linked pages. Therefore CESBA dissociates itself expressly from all contents of all linked pages, which were changed after the link setting.

This statement applies to all links and references set within the own webpage. For illegal, faulty or incomplete contents and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information presented, the provider of the page to which the link was made is liable, not the person who linked to the relevant publication.

3. Copyright and Trademark Law

CESBA aim is to observe the copyrights of all graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications or to use self-made graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts, or to access licence-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts.

The copyright for published and self-created objects remains solely with CESBA. Duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the consent of CESBA.

4. Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the webpage from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the current legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
